Ai Link Importer / Web Scraper

In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through the two main steps for using the AI Link Importer in GoSourcery.
First, we’ll show you how to create a product by inputting a product reference and using the AI scraping feature to gather data. Then, we’ll cover how to add that product to a collection, ensuring it’s stored in the appropriate category for your projects. Follow along for an easy-to-understand guide that will help you efficiently manage products and streamline your workflow within Sourcery!

1. Go to your project

   • Open your project

2. Click the "+" Button

   • On the dashboard, click the "+" symbol to start adding a product.

3. Navigate to the Indicated Section

   • Select the appropriate section for your project where the product will be added.

4. Enter Product Reference

   • In the pop-up, enter the product reference or other necessary details.

5. Click "CREATE PRODUCT"

   • Begin the product creation process by clicking the "Create Product" button.

6. Fill in the Product URL

   • Enter this sample product URL: https://example.com/products/sample-product-12345 into the provided field.

7. Click "AI Scrape / Import"

   • To start importing product data, click on "AI Scrape / Import."

8. Choose a Collection (Required Step)

   • While the AI scrapes the data, select a collection where this product will be added. For example, you can choose the Public Exterior category.

9. Click "Save"

   • Once the scraping is complete, click "Save" to store the product information.

10. Click "Add to Project"

    • Finally, select "Add to Project" to include this product in the specified project.

2. Navigate to Collections

   • Go to the "Collections" tab to begin the product addition process.

3. Click the "+" Button

   • Click the "+" button to start adding a new product to your selected collection.

4. Click "AI Scrape / Import"

   • To begin importing product data, click on "AI Scrape / Import."

5. Choose a Collection (Required Step)

   • While the AI is scraping the data, ensure you select the correct collection for the product.

6. Save the Product

   • Once the scraping is complete, click "Save" to store the product information.
